CEO & Licensed Bartender
Kia Conyer founder and visionary of LIGHT. Kia is native to VA and a graduate of Old Dominion University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management. Kia has spent years in the engineering and project management industry. It was when she moved to the Atlanta metro area that she began working as a bartender with formal training from Atlanta’s ABC Bartending school. Kia has bartended a variety of events from conferences, weddings, birthday parties and more. She soon realized her gifts were not just in engineering and technology. Bartending and serving customers with a positive experience that leave them happy and smiling is Kia’s passion. She then turned that passion into a company that can bring LIGHT to all occasions.
